The Centre County Employment Coalition, in collaboration with the Central Intermediate Unit 10, is pleased to present an informational overview of the PSU “WorkLink” program – a fully integrated, oncampus, non-residential 2-year certificate program, in WorkLink Strategies and Employability, at Penn State University (UP).


The PSU WorkLink program provides an opportunity for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) to participate in postsecondary experiences and education alongside their peers.


The presentation will include an overview of the PSU WorkLink program - provided by WorkLink faculty, staff, and students – as well as additional information and discussion regarding integrated postsecondary educational opportunities, competitive integrated employment, and secondary transition planning for students with disabilities.


The presentation will target a broad range of secondary transition stakeholders including - but not limited to - students, family members, special education teachers/staff, case managers, school district administration, related service providers, and community-based agency personnel.
